Summer Cocktails

Long Island Iced Tea
You need the following: 2 tsp simple syrup, ½ oz. vodka, ¾ oz. lemon juice, ½ oz. white run, ½ oz. Cointreau, ½ oz. gin, ½ oz. silver tequila, and ¾ oz. Mexican Coke. All you need to do is shake all of the ingredients except the last one then strain it on top of crushed ice. Then top it off with the Mexican Coke. You can garnish it with a lemon slice.

Mint Julep
You need 1 tsp sugar, 3 oz. bourbon, and 6 mint leaves for this summer wonder. Take a dry pewter cup that has been chilled and place mint leaves at the bottom. Using a muddler crush the sugar. Place cracked ice in the glass and pour bourbon and stir. The glass should start frosting. Then add some more ice and stir. You can add some more mint on top.

Rum Runner
You need 1 oz. pineapple juice, 1 oz. light rum, 1 oz. blackberry liqueur, 1 oz. dark rum, 1 oz. orange juice, 1 oz. banana liqueur, and a splash of grenadine. Mix all the ingredients and shake them by first adding ice to them. Then you can put some ice in a glass and then strain the mixture in it. You can make it elaborate by garnishing with some freshly cut fruit.

Negroni
Want a super simple summer cocktail? Then Negroni is what you need. You need 1 oz. Campari, 1 oz. London dry gin, and 1 oz. vermouth Rosso. Take a cocktail shaker and mix all of these ingredients together. Add cracked ice and stir it all up. Then strain the mixture over ice cubes. You can garnish with an orange peel.

Winter cocktails

Mexican Hot Chocolate
You need 6 oz. hot chocolate, a pinch of ground cinnamon, 2 oz. Partida Anejo, and 0.5 bar spoon ancho chili powder. Add the two powders together and stir, so they are properly mixed. Next, take some water and heat it in a mug separately. Now throw away the hot water. In the mug, add hot chocolate, mixed powders, and Partida Anejo. Now stir well and garnish using a cinnamon stick.

Angry Jolly Juice
You need 2 cups of water, 3 tea bags of chai tea, 1.5 cups of Angry Orchard Cinnful Apple, ½ cup of spiced rum, 1 cup of cranberry juice, and ½ cup of light brown sugar. First, boil water in a pot, then reduce to low heat and add tea bags. After two minutes, remove tea bags and add the other ingredients. Let it simmer on low to medium heat. You can garnish with a lemon wheel.

A Sidecar Named Desire
You need 2 oz. Remy Martin 1738, 3 Asian Pears, 1 oz. simple syrup, 1 oz. Cointreau, 0.25 oz. egg white, and 1 oz. lemon juice. Shake all the ingredients together except Asian Pears and strain them in a Martini glass. You can then use slices of Asian pears to garnish the winter cocktail and dust it with cinnamon powder.

Honey Buttered Rum
You need 2 dash Angostura bitters, 0.5 oz. lemon juice, 1.5 oz. aged Demerara Rum, 0.25 oz. Rhum Damosieu 110, 2 dashes of Bitter Truth Jerry Thomas Bitters, 0.75 oz. spiced dark honey syrup, butter cube, and hot water to top. You need to stir all the ingredients except the butter cube. Then use hot water to top it off and garnish using the butter cube.
